the Great White North is calling my name

Our flight leaves at 11 a.m. tomorrow morning. Am I excited? Well, exhausted is more like it. I hate, hate, hate packing. But I am really looking forward to seeing my Canadian family again and meeting my three-year-old niece in person for the first time. Super duper family reunion planned. It's going to be a zoo. Good stuff.

I'll be back as soon as the jet lag wears off.

This week I'll be waving to you from back east! I'll be in Toronto, then Quebec for a while. Have a great holiday in Canada's best part, Mausi.

Happy Traveling. I think you were just terribly home-sick. Maybe you can find a way of convincing your husband to leave Ronnenberg and go with you to Vancouver? After all, you gave him "your" 15 years overseas, now he can give "his". What do you think? Your children are bi-lingual, so they should make the best of it, too. I have never been to Canada (I'm born in Lower Saxony myself) but it must be a marvellous place, judging from Google Street View.

All the best for you!

Ben
