Just a simple barbecue tonight.
Mirin Wasabi Glazed Salmon, roasted carrots, peppers and fennel and corn on the cob.
It was goooood.

Dude! I am so coming to your house! Our "normal grill" on the
4th of July was Brats and Hamburges that usually fell apart.
It's a day late and a dollar short, Christina, but happy Canada Day...even as we get ready to fly to Michigan for the 4th. At least we celebrate the same week! :) I'm really glad we're neighbors!!
