frosty

We had snow again on Saturday!

I love the way the snow clings to the thin elderberry branches

My favourite tree in our garden - a tall, tall Scotch pine

Our outside Christmas tree waiting to be decorated

Boy12 took this one - that's Mr. M's trailer

yeah - snow! Well the weather is going to switch here in Vancouver after 2 wks of sun. It will be rain once again but I'm hoping there will be snow in the mountains instead of rain.

I love taking photos of the snow clinging to the branches of the trees as well. Yours look beautiful. Our snow was destroyed by rain thiss weekend. Typical east coast weather!

Those are soooo beautiful. Why is the snow on one side of the elderberry branches? Is that a wind thing?

Grrrrr....that's what you don't get, when you live directly in the city centre. I might go in the English Garden and take photos...just hope that it's covered in snow!

Great pictures! Can you maybe send a bit of snow over to the Basel region? We'll be lucky if we get 1-2cm for Christmas!!

Pretty pictures. You've got lots of snow!

What's in the trailer?

Well the snow only lasted a day and has now turned into rain, but there's still a bit on the trees. No white Christmas for us, it looks like.

Betty - I guess the snow gets blown by the wind and only gathers on one side of the branches. Pretty good balancing act.

Philip - the orange thing is the trailer cover, like a little roof to put over stuff to keep it from getting wet.

The snow is kinda like a covering over your Soul these days, maybe? Snow instead of slippery ice! So glad to hear your dad is better! It sounds like you are too.

Pretty! You definitely got way more snow than we did.

I saw on the weather that it's going to be around 7°C for the weekend.

These are wonderful photos Christina.

And you know, I really like Boy12's shot. The red trailer really adds interest and colour. Boy's got an eye!
