I call this one "Sunlight Falling on Muffins"

Cool muffin pan. Is that one of those rubbery ones? Do you have to grease it?

I made muffins this morning, also. Mine had a streusel topping. Cloudy day here, alas, no sunlight frosting on mine.

Hi Sandra - yes, it's one of those silicone pans. It can be used at temperatures up to 500°F or 250°C and you don't have to grease it or anything. The muffins just pop right out. I have a feeling they don't rise as high as in a metal pan, though. But no one has complained so far. :-)

Psst! cmhl - I took the muffins out and washed the pan before putting them back and taking the picture! Voila - no goo! :-)
